**About The Opportunity**:
As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the finance team, responsible for various accounting tasks.

Reporting directly to the** Projects and Finance Manager** some of your responsibilities will include:

- Customer invoicing and statements
- AR invoicing and receipting payments
- Preparing various reports for Directors
- General journals and account reconciliations
- Direct debit set up and AP payment scheduling
- Handling accounts enquiries and Petty cash management

**About You**:

- A high level of computer literacy
- A high degree of common sense and work ethic are essential
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Intermediate knowledge of online ordering processes, and proficiency in Myob
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good telephone manner
