**This is a maternity relief position and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency.**

**About You**
- You currently hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of disordered eating, body image and related social and cultural issues associated with the development of eating disorders.
- You have knowledge of the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of people with feeding and eating disorders using evidence based interventions.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and have a focus on developing key relationships in a multi-disciplinary team.

**What you'll be doing**

The position is responsible for providing a nutrition and dietetic service within the Eating Disorders Outpatient Service. The Dietitian has extensive specialist knowledge within the mental health context and demonstrates advanced clinical reasoning skills. The position provides a clinical service to consumers with complex care needs.
In addition to the clinical and therapeutic service provided to mental health consumers, the Dietician will provide advanced clinical leadership and clinical supervision to clinicians within the CCLHD and community.
