Our valued Client provides premium services in national road freight distribution, express and specialised transport and supply chain management to blue-chip clients. The Team are looking to expand and are seeking a Dispatch Assistant.

**Major Responabilities**:

- Provide administration support to fleet allocation and Operations Manager
- Hold a current Forklift License
- Print Connotes as requested
- Print and consolidate dangerous goods paperwork - ensure it is attached to connotes for compliance purposes
- Report damages and unlabeled freight
- Tasks as designated by Operations Manager
- Forklift operation as required
- POD retrieval for local and interstate agents
- Other general administrative functions related to AM Operations

**Other Benefits**:

- 05:00am - 1:06pm
- Ongoing work
- Full time position available (after months)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 per hour

- Morning shift
