**What You’ll Do**

Oracle Health is looking for an Engagement Owner to join the APAC Consulting team. This is an exciting team that looks to push the boundaries of what can be done and is part of the wider organisation of Oracle Health International Services.

You will be part of a dynamic team in which collaborative working will be paramount. We work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our collaborative and encouraging team. The Engagement Owner Team is an integral part of the Project Management team in the Consulting Organisation responsible for delivering projects to our clients. Responsibilities include:

- Delivering value to clients, you will be expected to contribute and identify areas for process improvement internally.
- You will be encouraged to adapt quickly to provide positive support to multiple collaborators, ensuring the success of the project and client happiness.
- You will be expected to work independently and with multiple teams and roles across the Asia Pacific Consulting Organisation.
- You are the project manager that will lead all aspects of the Cerner implementation and client relationships for external ITC projects and internal development and process improvement projects.
- Working closely with client counterparts to support project implementations through day-to-day project management tasks, planning, risk and issue management, value achievement, and financial management.
- You will also provide support to the project team members and are responsible for supporting the resource requirements to meet contracted project plan results.

- 3-6 total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or project/program management.
- Experience utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- At least 1-year financial management experience.
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 3 - 6 years overall experience in functional or technical role.
