**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
- Track and report on student progress and provide feedback to parents.

**Requirements**:

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference.
