Gym Manager

- Natural sales person - **Min 1 year experience in a Sales Role required**:

- Experience and or confident in a mangers role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Great communicator and strong leadership skills
- Great work ethic
- Team player - thrive in a small team
- Social media savvy (Confident on camera)
- Previous experience in the fitness industry is preferred, but not essential

**About the Role**
- Oversee club operations on a daily basis
- Hitting daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI's
- Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members
- Basic computer based administration tasks
- Showing guests our facility and highlighting our features and benefits
- Engaging members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
- Leading and managing a small team

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pakenham, VIC 3810: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
