**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary IT Manager - Print & Create to join our dynamic team at Officeworks. As the IT Manager - Print & Create, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our Print & Create users and technology functions. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of the IT Print & Create portfolio, from project initiation to implementation, ongoing support, budgeting, risk management, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**: Take responsibility for full team, software, maintenance, and project budgets, ensuring optimal use of company resources. Evaluate technology options, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with IT security and legislative requirements.
- **Innovation**: Proactively seek innovative solutions and methodologies to meet Officeworks business demands. Provide technical leadership, support, and accountability for the resolution of critical problems.
**About you**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Formal Education**: Appropriate tertiary qualifications, ideally at postgraduate level.
- **Work Experience**: Several years of IT experience, including demonstrated years in IT leadership roles and multiple years of project-based experience. Minimum 3-year experience in Agile methodologies.
- **Skills/Knowledge/Attributes**: Strong strategic thinking ability, high-level influencing skills, sound commercial acumen, extensive project management skills in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, advanced technical skills, excellent communication/negotiation/presentation skills, and strong people/leadership skills.
- **Personal Qualities**: High integrity and honesty, ability to work in a team environment, initiative, innovation, and creativity, adaptability to stressful situations, strong attention to detail, and passion for IT solutions and emerging technologies.
