**About the Company**

Trivantage Manufacturing is an Electrical Engineering & Manufacturing Company specialising in the design, manufacture, testing, and installation of electrical switchboards, transformer kiosks, and package substation solutions. Due to our continuing growth, we are currently seeking an experienced project manager to join our Switchboard Manufacturing division located in Albion Queensland.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Engineering Manager Queensland, they will be responsible for managing multiple projects through the full engineering cycle. You will be in control technically and financially of Switchboard, Kiosk, Switchroom or Distribution Board Projects across various industries including water, mining, industrial, data, commercial, retail and others.

**Duties**

**Electrical Designer**
- Design and draft switchboards and other electrical products according to projects estimated and won by the Sales team within the time allowed.
- Follow customer issued drawings and specification, to design conforming switchboards to AS61439 and AS3439 while adhering to Trivantage Type Test Certification.
- Work with your fellow team members to design and engineer the best solution using Trivantage product guidelines.
- Work with the Production team. You will be required to prepare the approved drawings and associated documentation to hand over to production to assist in communicating the requirements of the project.
- Develop relationships with your fellow team members
- Design switchboards understanding and following the guidelines and restrictions of the switchgear supplier you are using.
- Output drawing sets to the Trivantage standard guidelines, well presented and considered.

**Project Manager**
- Financial control of Projects in the Manufacturing Division, to bring the Project in on time and on budget.
- Work with the Design Team to ensure a compliant design is delivered.
- Work with the SJ Electric team to deliver a compliant design for each project.
- Service the customer on each project to ensure they are happy with our performance.
- Develop relationships with your fellow team members
- Work with the State Manager to enter “cost to completes”. Tracking the progress and financial status of your projects.
- Assemble purchasing lists complete with ”best price” quotations for procurement.
- Work with the Production team. You will be required to prepare the approved drawings and associated documentation to hand over to production to assist in communicating the requirements of the project.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical or Electronic would be highly regarded).
- 2 years local experience in electrical drafting particularly in the switchboard industry.
- Knowledge in electrical switchboards, control systems, motor control, power distribution electrical installations, and manufacturing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages
- Working knowledge of all guidelines, Statutory and Regulatory and the new Australian Standard specification relevant to the design of switchboards
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Willingness to work as directed
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook Leadership experience and/or aspirations
- Possess excellent knowledge and experience with commonly used supplier equipment such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider and NHP.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $100,001.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
