**What we're looking for**

**Responsibilities**
- **Online and Face-to-Face Teaching**: Conduct tutoring sessions both online and in-person, accommodating the preferences and requirements of students and families.
- **Progress Monitoring and Feedback**: Regularly assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents or caregivers.
- **Special Needs Support**: Offer specialized support and strategies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or those in placement/care, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, ensure compliance with child safety regulations, and possess relevant certifications such as Blue Card and Yellow Card.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary or Secondary Education or Currently a student studying Education in University
- Familiarity with the current Australian curriculum
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check - in your state)
- Yellow Card (NDIS Disability Worker Screening)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in a variety of tutoring mediums and techniques.
- You must be willing to work online as well as face-to-face when required.

**Extra**:

- Experience with ASD or children in placement/care
- Experience or knowledge around the NDIS sector, liaison and documentation
