**Job description**:
As the PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the PMO function by providing comprehensive analysis, reporting, and documentation support for our clients transformation program. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure the effective management and governance of projects, including financial tracking, portfolio reporting, and maintenance of project documentation such as risk registers. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for project management and a strong commitment to driving operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for financial reporting and analysis, including budget tracking, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial performance reporting for projects within the portfolio.
- Assist in the maintenance and management of project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, action logs, and status reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organisational standards.
- Develop and produce regular portfolio reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project status, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to collect, analyse, and validate project data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting and decision-making.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of PMO processes, tools, and methodologies to improve project management practices and optimise project delivery efficiency.
- Participate in project governance activities, including project reviews, audits, and compliance assessments, to ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of project meetings, workshops, and presentations, including agenda development, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a PMO or project support role, including portfolio management, and project documentation maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret project data to support decision-making and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation management.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2) and experience with project management frameworks and processes (highly desirable).
