Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.

**In your new role, you will be**:

- Supervising the day-to-day production operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
- Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
- Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
- Managing the servicing and mobile and fix plant with assistance from the Quarry Manager
- Assisting in the quarry development plan and meeting sales Vs production requirements
