**Position**: Administration Officer (Alcohol and Other Drugs)
**Employment Type**: Fixed Term until 9 February 2025 (Paternity leave replacement),

**Time fraction**:Part-Time (0.8 FTE)

Are you an organised, people-focused individual? Ballarat Community Health (BCH) is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Manager, the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) team, and our Drink Drug Drive Behaviour Change program. This role is all about providing an outstanding level of administration and customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.

**About the role**:

- Provide a warm and welcoming first point of contact for clients (generally via the phone) and other stakeholders as they relate to Ballarat Community Health
- Update MasterCare database
- Manage all documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communications and logistics for meetings including preparing agendas and minute taking
- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for visitors and internal stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and individually.
- A proactive approach and ability to problem-solve.
