We are looking for someone friendly and organised and run the gallery's popular teahouse. Someone able to adapt to different paces of work within the teahouse as service can range from quiet to busy depending on the day of the week and time of day.
- Day Shifts Only Wednesday - Sunday 9am - 5pm

This is a rare chance to become a part of a super firendly, tight little team working in a creative environment. The role may suit someone who is stepping back from busy hospitality service or re-entering the workforce after a break.
The ability to work harmoniously within a team and to utilise the skills, strengths and knowledge of the existing staff (You would be working with one other staff member on weekdays and two on weekends).
Love looking after customers and building relationships with the regulars.
Be prepared to do all sorts of jobs to keep the teahouse running from set up, baking of scones, making dip plates, preparing dumplings and teas, serving, washing up, cleaning etc.
**Responsibilities**:
Managing day to day operations both independently and as part of a team
Cash handling
Ordering stock and stock management
Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday 9am-5pm
Full knowledge of menu and allergens
Food safety
Health and Safety operations
Food preparation
Staff training and supervision
Time management
Opening and closing procedures
Maintain safe working conditions
Reporting breakages and equipment maintenance requirements
Cleaning duties and use of industrial dishwasher
**Qualifications**:
2+ years’ experience in hospitality
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Attention to detail and a focus on customer service
