**About the role**
- A regular day will see you:
- Supporting and guide hiring managers in relation to Recruitment Requisitions and the use of the HRIS
- Provide expert advice on job advertising best practice - both ad copy and advertising channels
- Accurately generate and check employment contracts that are consistent with the relevant Enterprise Agreement classification structure
- Provide expertise, insights and improvement ideas to support decentralised recruitment activities and initiatives
- Monitoring of relevant HR compliance issues and undertake checks/audits on a periodic basis
