**What You Will Be Doing**

The DPC Clinical Educator position is an expert senior clinician role designed to support clinical skill development aligned with the Developmental Psychiatry Course, both to participants working within the Clinical Educator's service and to participants from other services.
The Developmental Psychiatry Course (DPC) is a professional development program for new CAMHS / CYMHS / youth mental health staff. Your key role will be to facilitate clinical Developpement of staff and support other staff to provide 1:1 supervision.
This role is for 1 day a week.
**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Qualifications and registrations as specified in the EBA relevant to discipline.
- You have experience working within the public child/adolescent/youth mental health system, including in supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of the current discipline-specific standards of practice, code of ethics, legislation, and research.
- A demonstrated ability to promote and model collaborative and respectful professional staff relationships
- Have completed or Willingness to complete the Mindful Introductory Course (the prerequisite to the DPC)
