UGL Regional Linx are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Contract and KPI Officer to join our team.

**Job Purpose**

The primary purpose of this position is to manage KPI’s, abatements and formal correspondence as per the O&M deed. The role will support the Commercial, PMO, ICT and SLT and be responsible for monitoring and managing all incoming and outgoing contractual correspondence with TfNSW. You will be working closely with the business, monitoring internal operations compliance and compliance with the O&M Deed and Scope of Works. You will be accountable for monitoring, tracking and investigating the compliance of KPIs across the business, which will involve reviewing large datasets and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a culture of proactive risk management within the business
- Own, facilitate, and ensure quality in the KPI management processes for the project
- Own, facilitate, and ensure quality in the KPI section of the monthly report to the client, TfNSW
- Keep the Commercial Manager, Legal Counsel and PMO Manager apprised of the KPI risk profile and conversant in relevant risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure that the broader project team adequately contemplates and reports on KPI risk as part of their functional work streams
- Preparation of monthly KPI risk reporting across the UGL Regional Linx business including additional analysis and accompanying commentary
- Work closely with the PMO Manager and Commercial Manager to provide meaningful analytical data and analysis to assist with strategic decision making
- Provide business and risk modelling given the O and M deed and KPI and abatement requirements
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders (client and UGL corporate) to ensure effectiveness of communication and resolution of issues
- Perform specific risk analysis, as required, ensuring accuracy of data for decision making
- Liaise with and assist the SLT to prepare failure reports and rectification plans in a timely manner
- Provide timely and accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) pertaining to: Abatement and KPI or any other reporting requirements, as required
- Monitor and report on outgoing and incoming correspondence with the client, TfNSW
- Maintain a register of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Review relevant visual dashboards reflecting KPI performance and liaise with the IT department to rectify any errors/inconsistencies
- Assist the PMO, Commercial and Legal with the preparation and management of correspondence

**Qualifications**
- Relevant degree or qualifications in law, business, engineering or project management.
- Sound experience within complex legal or Procurement environments.
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Strong letter and report writing skills
- Excellent analytical skills - both numerical and non-numerical
