Are you an experienced Material Replenishment Planner with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes? Do you possess exceptional SAP and Advanced Excel skills? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Material Replenishment Planner based in Botany. If you are adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing real-time data insights, and enhancing data systems to improve manufacturing processes, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
- Utilize SAP to effectively plan and manage material replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Employ Advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, analyze data trends, and make informed decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and managing any supply constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and initiate actions to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline material replenishment processes and enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data systems, playing a pivotal role in their development and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, manufacturing processes, and supply chain best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with SAP for material planning and inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets, macros, and data visualizations.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and inventory management principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated history of successfully implementing and improving data systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
