Head Baker

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Running the shift and supervising the Bakers and Bakers Assistants
- Making rosters and coordinating staff
- All aspects of making and baking bagels
- Work flow and production planning
- Ordering of stock and liaising with suppliers
- Operate packing machine and prepare orders for our customers
- Cleaning machines and the work space
- Continuous process and work improvements
- Product development
- HACCP management and implementation
- Working within the management team

About you:

- Minimum two years experience of bagel production
- Can work autonomously as well as having the ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Have attention to detail and the ability to work in fast paced environment
- Driver´s license and your own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- bagel production: 2 years (required)

- Full Driver Licence (required)
