Due to continuous growth and expansion, Urbans are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to coordinate day to day operations for a team of approximately 35 arboricultural staff.

**The Role**

Leading the way with a high level of customer service and driving operational efficiencies within the team, you will be responsible for the following,
- Coordinating and scheduling day to day work schedules for all team members including plant resources
- Leading and supervising field staff and subcontractors
- Ensure time and attendance for the team is recorded accurately and on time through Pronto
- Liaise with clients on daily booking requests and adhoc queries
- Responding to client feedback in an efficient manner
- Supporting maintenance requirements of the fleet

**About you**

To be successful you must have:

- A current and unrestricted driver’s licence
- Cert III in Arboriculture desirable but not essential (industry experience favoured)
- Pronto experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug screen
- National Police Clearance
