**Hatchery Assistant**

Location : Picton, NSW

( Must have a car or own transport )

**Jobs Description**:

- Egg handling up to day-old chicks/counting and monitoring number of chicks.
- Cleaning & sanitising the hatchery
- Assessment and grading of day-old chicks in accordance with all Animal welfare codes of practice.
- Loading chick deliveries.

**Qualifications**:

- Have a current driver's license and own reliable transport
- NOT have any birds, pigs, or chickens at your place of residence
- Be physically fit
- Be prepared to have a drug test and undergo a medical if required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

**Time **:6 AM - 2 PM (it varies each day depending on the hatch).
