This role is responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of workplace injury claims for this specialist employer.

**Permanent full-time role. **With an office based in either
**Perth, Brisbane or Sydney CBD, **you are able to
**work fully flexibly **whether that
**fully remote **or
**partly in their office.**

**The Role**
- Providing in-depth knowledge and practical understanding of injury management plans and strategies for a successful return to work transition
- End-to-end management of the claim using your experience to ensure suitable duties and injury management support is delivered
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders
- Conduct reviews and provide process improvement recommendations on national safety systems and processes
- Assess risks within the workplace whilst demonstrating a strong understanding of current safety policies and procedures
- Conduct reporting and analysis to measure program successes

**About you**
- Experience in case management within Workers Compensation scheme
- An Allied Health Degree in; Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehabilitation OR Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS
- Sound understanding of strategic case management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a portfolio of claims and deal with multiple stakeholders effectively
