Ingress Training Academy is expanding and is looking for experienced trainers and assessors to join their team. We are looking for professional, and passionate **Business Trainers and Assessors **on a full-time basis to deliver the following qualifications:

- **Certificate IV in Business**:

- **Diploma of Business**:

- **Advanced Diploma of Business**

As a trainer/assessor, you will be responsible for training and assessing students enrolled in the relevant scope, as well as contributing to the improvement of training and assessment materials used within the facilities.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- face-to-face delivery, on campus, and on Zoom
- participate in validation and moderation of assessment and TAS
- Develop training and delivery plans
- Develop or contextualise assessments
- Facilitate training for groups, individuals, or classes, catering to a range of learners
- mark assessments and provide feedback

**Skills and Experience to succeed in this role**
- You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certificate IV or above in business qualification
- Hold a TAE40116 or equivalent
- Current relevant experience in business
- At least three years of experience as a trainer/assessor in the business sector (CRICOS)
- Must be willing to undertake professional development and complete a trainer currency matrix prior to commencement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal, Temp to perm, Contract
Contract length: 12-24 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $44.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

Work Location: In person
