- This is a flexible role available as a casual or part-time with the opportunity for a full-time role
- Provide Dietitian services in aged care centers, off site or in the client’s homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Dietician, you will:

- Conducting Assessments of nutrition and dietary reviews for residents onsite
- Supporting dietary requirements for persons with difficulty swallowing and chewing, bowel/intestinal issues and complex co-morbidities.
- Development of individual, evidence-based treatment plans
- Conduct & review seasonal menu reviews
- Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
- Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.

**Key Requirements**:
To be successful in the role, you will need:

- Full AHPRA registration and professional liability/public indemnity insurance
- Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
- Strong communication skills.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
- Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full COVID Vaccination
- Experience working with elderly or aged care residents (Preferable but not essential)
