We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the soon to be best HR Team in the Civil Construction industry in Perth Whether you're a new graduate, have a year or two of experience under your belt, or are looking for a career change, our fast-paced, high volume and collaborative environment is the best place to be for up-and-coming HR professionals.

**A Little Bit About You**

To get to the front of the shortlist queue, you should have/be:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar field
- Wanting to gain experience in HR and have a true passion in the field
- Enjoy working in a team and learn from the professionals
- Have exceptional attention to detail, flexible and resilient
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Processing of all paperwork within the employment lifecycle in relation to recruitment, employment contracts, changes to employment terms, performance management and general employee correspondence
- Leading the onboarding process for all new starters, ensuring a positive employee experience is achieved
- Liaise with labour hire companies with our daily requirements
- Represent the company by attending job fairs and events
- Liaise with payroll to notify of changes in employment, new starters, and terminations
