The role

Full Time Contract for 2024

The role of the Program Assistant is primarily to support the various programs in conjunction with teaching staff. This includes logístical and pastoral assistance, supervision and leadership of the students in specific and non-specific program activities and daily duties.

Program Assistants are very important role models where students will respond to qualities such as initiative, thoughtfulness, confidence and enthusiasm.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

- Food preparation
- Administration
- Maintenance of outdoor and IT equipment
- Set up an pack down program buildings, materials and supplies

About You
- Program Assistants are expected to hold a current Victorian driver’s license
- Genuine desire to work with Junior Secondary age students
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Be open to ideas, striving for excellence and have a high level of integrity
