Opening early September 2023 is the next venue from Etymon Projects, the team behind **Loulou Bistro, Boulangerie & Traiteur**, **The Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar** and **Tiva**.

Located in the heart of North Sydney’s growing CBD, the venue will be a modern Bar & Grill housed in a contemporary and light filled space. The menu will reflect our philosophy that simplicity is best when using the finest, freshest produce and the elemental power of charcoal and fire. The service style is relaxed, polished and classic, providing warm hospitality with a fun edge.
