**D.A.S Top Quality Painting Services **is now looking for an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join their team
- Cut and shape tile to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces and corners, using hand and power cutting tools;
- Mix, apply, and spread plaster, concrete, mortar, cement, mastic, glue or other adhesives to form a bed for the tiles, using brush, trowel and screed;
- Study blueprints and examine surface to be covered to determine amount of material needed;
- Cleaning off excess grout and conducting post-installation inspections;
- Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms;
- Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels and squares to ensure patterns are even and precise;
- Follow health and safety procedures;
**About you**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler;
- Physically fir and capable of standing for long hours;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong knowledge of building and construction procedures;
- Ability to work well as part of a team and alone;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
Job type: Permanent/full-time

**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lalor, VIC 3075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Wall and Floor Tiler: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
