We are looking for skilled and qualified Warehouse Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Caboulture Warehouse.
They are primarily responsible for ensuring that products are being received, stored, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining an organized inventory system.

**Requirements**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain stock system
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products.
- Implement daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse.
- Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
- Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
- Identifie and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
- Directs forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
- Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
- Operates forklift truck as needed.
- Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
- Performs other related duties as directed.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
- Proficient at IT, role will include tasks such as goods in, dispatch, scheduling, stock transfers, purchasing etc so must be across learning systems, using outlook, printing/scanning etc.
- Physically able for assembly and dispatch of product, loading vehicles, handling stocks that need to be palletised etc
- Leadership qualities and consistency, responsible for warehouse management, opening & closing
- Warehousing knowledge, stocking & barcoding of products, LEAN principals etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Valid state motor vehicle operators license for forklift truck required.

**Benefits**:
