**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary package: AUD $100,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
- Full time positions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop integrated marketing strategies to exceed brand growth, profit and share targets to develop company sales in Australia.
- Implement marketing plans for introducing Company products in Australia including ice creams, frozen vegetables, ready to eat snacks, curries and breads into mainstream supermarkets/grocery stores as well as ethnic retail stores.
- Manage marketing plans to ensure deliverables are on target to move projects forward (timelines, estimated costs, research plans, sales, etc.).
- Manage profit and loss for each respective product category while maintaining budget.
- Work closely with the Director to coordinate Australia aspect of the company’s global strategies.
- Create and manage new relationships and marketing alliances with companies and partners in Australia and abroad.
- Lead efforts to strengthen the portfolio of established Company products that will deliver expected market share and margin. Partner with trade marketing on assigned accounts to increase market penetration and drive pull through.
- Review all reports generated by executive management, develop observations and make recommendations in areas pertaining to marketing/branding.
- Develop strategies to deliver on financial targets of Topline and profitability for the company’s product lines, customer accounts and assigned country.
- Responsible for preparing annual media plan and overseeing how advertising budget it utilized. Evaluate the ROI on marketing spends and reallocate resources and advertising spend strategies.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities and collaborate with colleagues to implement new programs and initiatives.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns within key markets and industries on behalf of company.
- Organising various product sampling activities in store throughout the year.
- Oversee development of creative campaigns, brand content, and brand promotions to be executed across traditional, digital, social and in-store.
- Oversee and direct activities of marketing, review and evaluate status reports, issue assignments, ensure timely execution of assigned projects and achievement of target outcomes.
- Conduct ongoing meetings with internal and external marketing team to ensure alignment and direct programs to drive sales.
- Organising research with the end consumers and mining consumer behaviour insights.
- Conduct trade health research to ensure keeping brand acceptance health in place.
- Review and evaluate status reports, issue assignments, ensure timely execution of assigned projects and achievement of target outcomes.
- Manage subordinate positions including delegation, review of work, professional development and performance management.
- Work closely with the Director for the development of the company’s global sales strategies.
- Implement and evaluate new Company product launches in Australia and manage existing product portfolio to achieve brand goals and objectives.
- Identify new product opportunities and implement new product development strategies to capitalize on these new possibilities.
- Oversee driving the change in product profile and increasing presence of Company products in the Australia markets.
- Contribute to innovation by delivering product development programs to further margin growth.
- Drive innovationby generating new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain Company business.

**Required Skills and Work experience**:

- Exellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees, third parties, stakeholders etc
- Ability to effectively manage time while working on multiple assignments.
- A relevant qualification (Qualification in Marketing, Business, Public Relations is referred).
- At lealst 2 years of relevant work experience.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
