**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Coordinating and leading ground operations staff, and couriers including independent contractors to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Liaising with other lead couriers and supervisors to discuss and determine route requirements and resource allocations
- Providing support to the supervisor (eg. Running PD’s) and problem solving to address any issues encountered during the shift
- Coordinating outside hire requirements and third party handover
- You will be required at times to perform Courier Driver duties covering different routes for those on annual and unexpected leave
- You will be working 38 hours per week on a morning shift starting from 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is required to work longer hours required during peak times
- Please note 1 day per week you will have a later finish, with an additional 30mins
