Are you a dedicated and hardworking individual who enjoys working in a bustling kitchen environment? Our brand-new takeaway / foodcourt banh mi shop in Bondi Westfields is seeking motivated Kitchenhands to play a crucial role in delivering top-notch Vietnamese cuisine to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation, including slicing vegetables, marinating meat, and assembling banh mi.
- Ensure all ingredients are well-stocked and readily available for the cooking and serving process.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the chefs during peak hours and rush periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Handle basic kitchen equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning utensils as needed.
- Take part in routine cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen in pristine condition.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience is required, but a passion for food and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and presentation of our dishes.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
