Vision Football works with some of the leading local football clubs such as Lindfield FC, Kissing Point FC & North Turramurra FC. We coach players of all levels and ages, both in their winter-season teams & private sessions. This role will be targeted primarily at coaching a dedicated team, training on weekdays and playing on Saturday mornings. However, we can offer more hours of coaching if you're looking to fill up your week with more sessions

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead team practices and training sessions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
- Create a positive and inclusive team culture
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
- Attend and coach at games on Saturdays

Availability:

- Tuesday afternoons
- Thursday afternoons
- Saturday mornings
- _Any additional days of availability are welcome too_

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Shift work
