**Overview**:
Immediate start, 3-month fixed term contract position, fantastic flexibility. 100% work from home.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**
- SafetyWorks Weekly planner management, including scheduling team meetings and monitoring utilization.
- Job setup and administration, including file structure setup using workflow software and coordination with consultants for billing.
- SafetyWorks projection tracking management
- Support monthly SafetyWorks report coordination, including revenue graphs, lives touched, and proposal submissions.
- Credit card expense management
- New employee induction into the SafetyWorks Administration System

**Business Communication**:

- Professional phone manner and business writing
- Minute-taking during meetings
- Arrange relevant purchasing of stationery, general supplies, and office equipment.
- Presentation skills, including assisting in preparing presentations and coordinating training materials to printing stage.
- Support facilitation of Teams and Zoom meetings for consultants.

**Event and Travel Management**:

- Organization of conferences, workshops, functions, and team events
- Travel management, including flights, accommodation, transfers (domestic and international), and production of travel itineraries.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Filing system management
- IT support for the team in conjunction with the Sanitarium IT team
- Project management as arises.
- Support SafetyWorks Consultants and Client Engagement Specialist as required.
- Attend and participate in company events.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Skype
- Experience with Customer Resource Management (CRM) software,
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
