With the growth and expansion of operational plans in place, we are now looking for Inventory Manager to work closely with Airport manager and play pivotal role in overall operation at Brisbane Airport.

As an Inventory Manager at Prosegur Change, you will play a critical role in organising, managing, and monitoring stock levels to maximise efficiency. Your primary focus will be on stock ordering and ensuring timely delivery of cash in alignment with budgets and operational needs. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth coordination and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Order stock in line with agreed budgets,
- Maintain stock levels within agreed insurance limits,
- Deliver stock adhering to recommended compliance and audit polices/procedures
- Responsible to manage ATMs & coin machines,
- Identify opportunities to manage resources more economically,
- Prioritize and manage expenditure in line with business needs,
- Demonstrate an awareness of cost and concern for value,
- Implement systems to track resources/function/cost/performance,
- Work closely with retail audit team, IT teams to stay updated with policy or procedural changes,
- Manage cash center/treasury staff to meet operational objectives,
- Adhere to compliance procedures in line with standards and company policies
- Work together with other functions and departments across the business to improve efficiencies and sales

**Working Hours**:

- 38 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, including availability to work some weekends during peak periods.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience and potential educational background in treasury management, finance, or a related field, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years,
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards applicable to treasury management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions,
- Excellent organizational, time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
- Cash handling experience, preferably in in foreign currency,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis,
- Ability to monitor the currency rates closely so we buy and sell at the right time,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English,
- Must be holding full time working rights for Australia and based at Brisbane only,
- Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
