FOLKLOR Restaurant is a new concept Peruvian restaurant that will open in Dawes Point and Sister Restaurant to Warike in Surry Hills. We are a young up and coming family owned and operated hospitality group, creating fun and exciting concepts new to Sydney with heavy cultural influence.

FOLKLOR will serve Chifa style food which is Peruvian Chinese fusion, as well as Nikkei which is Peruvian Japanese fusion.

This is a great opportunity to experiment and learn a new exciting concept that is taking over the world with the best available Peruvian produce that can be sourced in Australia.

We are looking for a fun, honest and **humble **individual to join us in this journey, someone that enjoys sharing their creations with others and appreciates being part of a family like team that **supports **each other.

**The Position**

As our new **Bartender, **You will work closely with the restaurant manager to represent and ensure succession in Folklor Beverage department, driving revenue and increasing customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Experience**
- At Folklor, we are all about YOU. We provide a fun and safe work environment and all we ask is that you give us your dedication to our brand and most importantly, your team As our Bartender, you will have excellent knowledge of cocktail mixology and serving drinks with at least 1 year in a high end Bar environment. You will come with a passion and willingness to learn, as well as a positive all-round attitude that will surely brighten up anyone's day. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work in a dynamic team are advantageous as we are looking to promote our next Bar manager from within the team.

**Key Tasks**
- _Serve and dispense all beverage products from within the bar._
- _Setting up the bar, cocktail prep, and pack down_
- _Clean bar area and leave ready for next day_
- _Follow recipes for prebatching cocktails to streamline service._
- _Putting away deliveries_

House cocktails will use a mix of Peruvian and Japanese Spirits.

The right person will have;
- A bright and sunny disposition.
- A positive, professional attitude to work alongside the team
- A passion for the product and to make tasty drinks.
- Have a minimum of one year of cocktail making experience in a high quality establishment.
- Be available to work every Friday and Saturday as a minimum.

- An attractive base salary 65000 + 10% super + tips for full time _**or **_$28-$40ph for casual team. 4 Weeks annual leave paid per year(full time).
