Lush Skin & Body, Mt Hawthorn have recently won an award for best New Salon/Spa in Australia at the ABIA. We are a high-end salon that provides a 5-star customer journey. We are seeking a Salon Coordinator to join our team

At **Lush Skin & Body**, we provide a wide variety of beauty & dermal treatments including spa and advanced facials, massage, dermal treatments microdermabrasion, peels, dermablading, LED, IPL Photo rejuvenation, enzyme therapy, oxygen facial & skin needling, IPL Hair removal.

If you have a background in Beauty (or a keen interest) this is highly advantageous.

**OFFER**:

- Hourly Rate of pay Between $25 - $30 per hour (depending on level of skills & experience. Permanent rate of pay (includes 4 weeks annual leave, sick leave etc.)
- Full time hours, Tuesday - Saturday. Including 1 late night on a Wednesday or Thursday. (Part time may be made available for the right person)

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a **Full time position,** offering an eligible applicant secure employment. **LUSH SKIN and BODY** have rapidly gained a solid reputation in the community for creating and delivering a 5-star experience to their trusted and loyal clients. As **SALON COORDINATOR** you will be the gateway to the salon. You will need to embody the standards of the salons, first-class care, and services.

**Essential Attributes**
- Computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Mailchimp, Canva & Socials Platforms
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Time management
- Immaculate presentation
- Prepared to execute a 5-star customer journey
- Social media knowledge

**YOUR KEY DUTIES**:

- PA duties to the Director
- Meet and greet clients and prepare refreshments
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing rooms for our Therapists & cleaning after each client
- Provide admin support for Salon Manager and Director
- Assist with retail sales, and process sales transactions, including fulfilling e-commerce orders
- Manage the inventory of all salon essentials and stock
- Manage salon CRM system and data-entry of client details
- Updating website when necessary
- Coordinate content creation for our social platforms; when necessary
- Maintain the salon’s appearance and cleanliness.

**LOCATION**: Mount Hawthorn WA
