Founded in 2010, we’re an independently owned and operated lifestyle brand with 12 hotels & 14 restaurants across Hong Kong, Australia, and Indonesia. Over the years we’ve grown exponentially, both in size and confidence. But our attitude towards our guests and our passion for what Ovolo stands for remains as strong as ever. Situated in the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley lies **Ovolo the Valley**. Inspired by the eclectic culture and iconic history of the surrounding neighbourhood, Ovolo the Valley draws guests into a whimsical oasis of colour and art, with surprising hints of quirkiness, custom wallpaper, eccentric furniture, and illustrations curated throughout all its spaces. Designed for effortless living, Ovolo the Valley features 103 guest rooms, Tel Aviv-inspired Restaurant ZA ZA TA and bar KAZBA, multiple event spaces, and a rooftop pool.

**The Gig**
- Attend to guest requests to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Front Office team to ensure goals are met
- Be the local "salesperson" by recommending activities and restaurants to guests
- Valet service
- parking and collecting guest vehicles when required
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure of hotel
- Ensuring the hotel lobby is always in top presentable form
- Arrange taxi services upon request

**About you**

At Ovolo, we are all about YOU. You will bring a bright and bubbly attitude every day into work and ensure all guests stay are one to remember. To be successful in this role, you must withhold a **full driver's license** (international accepted).
