At **_C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre_**, we cater for 150 children, operating from the hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm. We are proud of our home-like atmosphere which creates and maintains a warm and relaxed care environment, providing nurturing and rich relationships between our educators and families. We pride ourselves on creating a play-based learning environment and program that is developed in collaboration with children, families and the community.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic **_Assistant Director/_** **_Educational Leader_** to join our team and assist in the management of our Centre. As the Assistant Director/ Educational Leader, you will be the right-hand person to our Director and help manage the day-to-day operations of our organisation. You'll have the opportunity to work with fantastic people, develop and implement exciting projects, and help shape the future of our organisation.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- Diploma / Bachelors level of qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
