**About the role**:

- Full-time position available
- Conduct open for inspections, on going inspections and routine inspections
- Entry reports and exit/bond inspections
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Be part of a close-knit team
- Assist the sales team as required
- Attractive salary package
- This is a varied, busy position working with the Senior Host Manager

**The requirements of this role include**:

- Previous real estate experience desireable
- Valid Certificate of Registration and current CPD
- Working towards completion of your Real Estate Licence
- Reliability and time efficiency
- Attention to detail
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Outstanding customer service
- Be well groomed with immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
