Byron Bay founded,Worship Supplies is a surf, skate and streetwear clothing brand creating premium fashion pieces focusing on art - based graphics with an ethical eye on production.Embracing the darker undertones of every day ideology Worship is a fashion label that draws its inspiration from 90s sub-cultures, constantly blurring the line between surf, skate, street, punk and heavy metal.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated & experienced Women’s Designer to join our Head Office team in Byron on a full-time basis.You will be responsible for the design and development of our women’s Worship brand while working with all departments.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following experience**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in complete development of product from initial drawings to final samples and fit sessions
- A relevant bachelor degree level qualification or sufficient work experience to substitute
- Outstanding organisational & time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A positive energetic attitude with a passion for the industry

**The role will involve**:

- Liaising directly with creative director/owners to develop seasonal ranges
- Do or direct all tech packs for every garment
- Liaise and direct communication for all styles to offshore suppliers
- Direct all style specifications with tech department or assistant
- Source all new fabrics and trims
- Resolve any product issues with factories/external accounts
- Ensure suitable quality standards of products are adhered to through creation of samples through to production of bulk stock
- Gather and utilise fashion information for design
