**About Our Client**:
The Anglican Schools Commission (Inc.) (ASC) owns 15 schools across Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.

The schools are low-fee co-educational schools located throughout the Perth metropolitan area and in regional areas of WA, NSW and Victoria. Each school offers outstanding teaching and learning in a caring, Christian environment. Each school is a unique community with its own individual strengths and specialist programs, but each school shares the common values of faith, excellence, justice, respect, integrity and diversity.The ASC's core purpose is to establish, acquire and support low fee Anglican systemic schools which provide a high quality, inclusive, caring Christian education.

As the system headquarters, the ASC provides support to existing schools as well as exploring opportunities to create new low-fee Anglican schools in areas of demand. Currently located in Mount Claremont, however will be moving to Perth CBD end of Dec 2024.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will provide high-level support to him in his roles as CEO of ASC and the national body Anglican Schools Australia.

Day to day duties include:

- Ensuring the CEO's time is managed effectively through considered diary management utilising an understanding of key strategic goals and priorities
- Creation of reports, letters, and documents
- write papers, prepare, and distribute board packs and associated activities for Board and Committee meetings
- Engaging with a range of key senior stakeholders on the CEO's behalf
- Arranging travel, workshops, and team meetings

**The Successful Applicant**:

- A highly organised, intelligent, and intuitive Executive Assistant who can work autonomously without direction
- Ability to work autonomously, be proactive and maintain an effective working relationship when the CEO is not in the office
- A team player who is happy to assist with matters as required
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and formatting board papers and reports
- Sound judgement and morals with personal integrity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility in all areas including openness to travel and work away from home on rare occasions\
