Role Overview

This role Is on-site role for a Office Manager/Administration at Growth Psychology Consulting in Liverpool NSW. The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and complete administrative tasks,

**Duties**

Administration Duties, intake of NDIS, Update policies and procedures, training and onboarding, ensure the smooth running of the practice. You will be liaising with our psychologists, administration team, director and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

Knowledge of allied health psychology office procedures

Experience with NDIS/ NDIS Portal/Policies and Procedures, Workcover guidelines, Medicare

Ability to update policies ensure compliance and regulations

Excellent organisational and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft proficient

Experience with NDIS, Policies and Procedures, Workcover guidelines, Medicare

Knowledge of Coreplus or similar health system

Experience in Payroll an advantage

What we offer

Flexible working hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
