The wait for European Bier Café to transform into Morris House is nearly over Our large-scale renovations encompassing all levels are an exciting upgrade to this Exhibition street mainstay and we’re excited to open our doors to the public in a few weeks’ time. Our grand opening will be showcasing our brand-new rooftop bar and a basement comedy club and we need some hospo legends to join us.

We are looking for some exceptionally experienced bar staff to join and strengthen our team. Must have at least 6 months solid bar experience and cocktail experience is a plus So if you’re a night owl who can bust out vodka/soda/limes like nobody’s business we would love to hear from you

We are also looking for some casual food runners with excellent communication skills. You will be taking food to our customers, so must be well presented and be familiar with pub food.

What we’re looking for:

- Weekend and evening availability.
- A good attitude and ability to take direction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
