Restaurant Host/hostess

We are looking for an Experienced Hostess to join our Growing Team at your new Local Italian Bistro Spuntini

**Your Role Includes**:

- Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity and quality.
- Setting and arranging tables
- Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
- Taking water orders and relaying the customer to their dedicated waiter
- Assisting serving food and beverages
- Assisting clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- Assisting removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
- Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines.

**About you**:

- A minimum of **2 years experience** working with reservations / FOH in a **high-end, high volume, a la carte restaurant**:

- To be dedicated to providing our clients with an excellent dining experience
- Have great personal appearance, exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Open Table or another reservation software

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
