Group Accounts/admin Officer

**About the Role**
 We are seeking a Group Accounts/Admin Officer to join our Head Office team. Offering a unique blend of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general administration duties, this role with suit someone looking for an ‘all rounder’ role where no two days are the same

**Duties include**:

- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Payroll
- Reports & reconciliation
- Providing general administrative support

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks
- Competent in MS program
- Xero/MYOB experience (essential)

**ROLE TO START IMMEDIATELY / MONDAY TO FRIDAY ROLE**

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 1 year (required)
- Administration: 1 year (required)
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
