**About the Role**

Due to an internal promotion, we now have a position available as an Agribusiness Analyst, playing a pivotal role in BOQ Specialists commitment to supporting our rural and regional communities. The Agribusiness Analyst will work closely with the Agribusiness Relationship Executive to provide financial analysis and insights to drive business decisions and support long-term sustainability.
The role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- collaboration with the Relationship Executive to prepare and assess credit proposals, financial statements, and risk assessments for agribusiness clients.
- analyse market trends and other key agricultural factors to identify risks and opportunities.
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals.
- ensure compliance with BOQ's credit and risk policies while delivering financial solutions.
- contribute to the growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and attract new business.
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- a background in agribusiness, banking or financial services, with strong knowledge of the agriculture sector.
- experience in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
