**About the role**:
Attention all beach-loving, fashion-savvy leaders Seafolly Australia is on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic **Store Manager in Training** based at our Sunshine Plaza store.

You will be the face of Seafolly at one of our most iconic stores and responsible for creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for our customers and team.

As a **Store Manager In Training** at Seafolly, you will be a fashionable, positive aspiring leader who's focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst fostering an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.

**You will**:

- Learn to lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
- Deliver and recieve training on a regular basis to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling
- Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
- Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management
- Provide an unforgettable experience and always be willing to go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach
- Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly be the most loved Australian swimwear brand

**You have**:

- Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management or Supervisor role is ideal
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team of any size other types of industries is also encouraged
- Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
- Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
- Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing yourself and your team
- Bring your love for Seafolly fashion, the beach and all things summer
