**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Processing invoices through SAP
- Developing and driving specific HR projects as agreed with the Manager.
- Employment contract preparation and change of status letters for new and existing employees.
- Managing no-work related and work-related injuries, including Workers compensation management and administration.
- 2-3 years in an HR role - _Relevant HR experience gained within the retails, hospitality and/or service sector is highly regarded_
- Knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices
- Relationship management and influencing skills
- Focus on people and culture
- High levels of organisation and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
