Demolition Supervisor

**The role of Demolition Supervisor is to**:
- Manage strip out staff
- Provide clear and safe direction to strip out staff
- Be able to work without direction from management in a safe and timely manner
- Work within company and site specific SWMS
**Main duties and responsibilities**
Core objectives include:
- Perform the safe removal and strip out as detailed in scope of works
- Organise day to day tools, equipment and perishable items
- Organise and ensure SWMS are implemented
- Manage strip out staff, including general health and wellbeing
- Organise the maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicle
- Liaise professionally with clients and customers at all times
- Review and approve daily time clock entries from strip out staff
- Upload detailed Daily Logs with all supporting documentation on a daily basis

**Other duties**
Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
**Qualifications**
- Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Asbestos Class B Non Friable Removal Ticket
- First Aid Certificate
**Experience**
Must have at least 6-months experience in strip out demolition and Non Friable
Asbestos removal Class B
**Knowledge**
Ensure you are familiar with the Demolition Code of Practice, Demolition
WPHS Plans, Asbestos Safe Removal Code of Practise.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
