A Maestria Barista is full of life and loves to connect with people through great coffee, a good laugh and energising conversations. All the while being able to craft wonderful coffees; it's the ultimate in multitasking.

Our customers here are corporate professionals and local businesses seeking for a much needed pick me up of a coffee and snack, before they continue to rule their world. Only to come back out for another coffee, served with a side of good conversation.

Your skills:
+ you can set up the grinders in the morning, ensure correct recipe is achieved with every single cup
+ consistent latte art skills and passion for learning new techniques
+ experience with filter coffee preparation - batch brew, v60, cold drip
+ you love your workspace tidy & organised
+ live locally or have a mode of transport to get to work on early mornings.

Maestria Restaurant & Bar is set within a corporate park that operates weekdays only. With beans chosen for their robustness and signature aromas, a ready-made quick bites menu, and a beautifully designed space to call your own. But that's just the start. We're re-developing the site to become Rhode's next oasis set with lush botanicals and casual dinning experience.

It's an oasis for our patrons to celebrate their most special moments, with their most cherished.

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rhodes, NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
